I had a great time during my stay, the place was well-equipped and suited me perfectly.

It's the third time I've been there, and each time I think the service is better. Everything from ten, nothing to object, I know that is a place where I will not find unforeseen typical of other establishments where for everything you put a snag. The staff is unbeatable and very attentive to everything you ask for, whatever time it is. The room is very comfortable, warm and although it is not very wide if it has everything necessary to rest well. This time they also offered us free parking and minibar and I consider it an important detail, although it is parked quite well in the area, when going with small children is much more comfortable to go directly down the elevator. The minibar has three or four drinks, but enough so that if you are caught unprotected you can have a drink as a courtesy, I appreciate it very much. The situation is very good because you access directly to the highway and just a few meters (1 minute by car, or 5 walking) you have an area of restaurants and food stores very useful. In addition, there is a shopping centre, petrol station, etc., about a kilometre away. In short, a quiet area but with everything to hand.

I call the hotel arenas de pinto, there are NO rooms left. I call the hotel eboli princess, there are NO rooms with the intention of leaving the hotel . I come back to the reception and I ask them to change the room because 104 is the first floor and I can't sleep with a roof 40 centimeters from the window, they change me to 327 at least I can open the window because it is a third floor. This solution should be given to me by the hotel, NOT by the client. The hotel in general, I clean the interior. The outside (the terrace) if you want I have very dirty pictures. I was sick during the whole stay and could not enjoy the trip, however I spent the whole time in bed, which was very comfortable. Perfect cleanliness. And because of my illness we had to bring forward the return and were not charged for the night we did not spend there . We will probably do this trip again since this time we could not enjoy it and I would repeat hotel.

We booked a room for a family of 4 people and room was small for that purpose, all the beds were attached, with no room for anything else. Excessive heat in the rooms. I was at a fever of 39. 4° and I was suffocating. We had to keep the window open and sleep without pajamas. area where the hotel is located has no commerce, bars and restaurants are concentrated in one street. We made all the breakfasts and dinners in a cafeteria in the area called Malú, with excellent service and spectacular food.

We ate at a pleasant restaurant with good menu for both dinner and breakfast. The location in a good area was excellent and there were shopping centers and a supermarket nearby.

I had a great stay at a very nice hotel in Pinto. The rooms were clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and informative. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the underground garage and the powerful heat system. The location was also good, just a short drive from Madrid. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location here is peaceful and within walking distance to everything we needed, the modern guest room had a fridge and safe just like advertised, and the friendly staff provided us with great advice on activities to do.
